I didn't think they made it. But here's what threw me off, there is a GMC "Xtreme" around here where I live, it's all stock and everything, but it's got all GMC emblems and a GMC grille.

Anyway I looked a little closer at the center cap and it looks like a circular indention for that sticker.

 

maybe gmc put the extreme wheels on them but didnt call it a extreme????

 

I have a set of 16" GMC xtreme wheels someone stold one of my center caps identical to these that you posted.

The part # doesn't show aything but that it's a center cap.

 

gmc did have a limited production of sonoma's with x wheels with gmc center caps, i think it was called the 'wheels edition'

 

I think they came out with them for the GMC Zq8's in 98-99.

 

I have a 98 zq8 gmc and it doesn't have those.

i see a noma with x wheels with those centers around town everyonce in a while, next time i see it i'll try to get some pics, also i remember seeing some of them at the GMC dealership back in the day, i want to say 01-02ish

They never made an Xtreme, but offered the wheels on the 99-? with ZQ8 package

 

that also says 04 xtreme sonoma..... i thought they cut production of the std and ex cab trucks after 02 and just had the crew cab 4x4 till 04

 

my buddy bought a set of those , they look factory . he put them on his square body jimmy with the xtreme wheels. looks awesome

I've always wonder, what will I do when I swap the Xtreme wheels from the Chevy onto the GMC. Now I know the answer, find a GMC sticker that fits and stick it over the Chevy emblem. How simplier can that be, thanks

 

Actually I don't think it's that easy, I think the center of the cap is indented for the sticker.

no these look like the 1st style xtreme wheel center caps: all plastic and painted they just have the indention which that stick MAY work on a machined wheel.
