I have a 2001 v6 rwd regular cab s10 that started overheating and leaking coolant. When it first started overheating I replaced the thermostat and put stop leak in it, but it didn’t fix it. I think it’s leaking of the end of this braided hose after the pressure builds up. Does anyone know what this hose is called or have any suggestions about why it’s overheating and leaking/what to do?

That is not where it's leaking. That pipe is for the EGR. Your radiator hose is directly above it. Check the clamp and hose.
