I'm new to the site. I recently purchased a 98 s10 , it has air as its only option but its black w/ 5spd and for 4G's it wasn't a bad deal. NEways, my wipers keep refusing to work. They don't respond to the wiper control and I had to pull off the road until the rain lessened. Then they would wipe out of sync with what I selected (slow when on fast).I pulled the fuse and found some wrong fuses in the box so I replaced most of them and cleaned all of them. So with a new fuse the wipers still refused to wipe when it started raining today. I pulled out my fuse kit and replaced the recommended perfectly fine 25amp with a 30amp and they worked. Also, there was a buzzing sound present when I would turn them on when they weren't responding. I heard that the wiring for these chevys were junk, but being that it has NO power accessories, I wonder how it can be messed up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
