I ended up getting it it's a near complete kit I'll be cleaning it up and putting on my truck
Couple questions:
1. What's the CARB EO number on the supercharger? if it's D-213-19, would you be willing to sell just the supercharger, or even just sell the identification tag?
2. Can you take some measurements of the flat supercharger bracket?

There is a company in Australia that will make a nameplate for $52 just provide the information needed v-2 s/n and eo
They are called capa performance

It will have their info on the bottom of plate but can be painted over somehow

Plate Part number 2A100-010

I ordered one today and will see how that turns out

Found some old photos from Mach Performance, taken at the 2001 Detroit Autorama

You did notice the copyright…
Should I remove them?

I believe this falls under Fair Use as educational (historical documentation), and I did credit the source. Also I'm not profiting or presenting this as my own.

Not judging…just informing. If the site owners have a problem with it, I’m sure they will address it.

Just purchased the remaining major hard to find parts for my Vortech supercharger "kit". The elusive "D-213-19" supercharger (only one that is CARB legal for my 2003). And it even comes with a bracket that I think is the one I am missing.

Question regarding the oil feed line: could I use the OEM oil cooler adapter instead of drilling/tapping the oil pan? Some trucks got the oil cooler from the factory, and the lines come off of a removable adapter that bolts between the block and the oil filter.

Sort of answering my own question: Looks like the kit was intended to use another port on the adapter. I don't see any reason why using the two main ports wouldn't work.

@3:31 in this video:

This might actually be a good location for an oil temperature sensor (I'm not planning on running an oil cooler). According to this, the 80's Corvettes had a sensor in about the same location.

When i swapped mine from the one truck to the other... the oil feed was a bolt on the side of the block just above the filter. see attached picture. The truck i bought to take this kit from whomever owned it got it installed by a professional company and thats where they got the feed from. i tested it befor running the supercharger and there is a bunch of oil flowing from there.

You still need to drill the pan because that is the oil drain from the supercharger. they mention it on the video. my oil feed did not tap into the same place like stacy davids. if you look at the drivers side of your block you will see the oil bolt feed.

Couple of things I just want to save here...

From MotorTrend on Oct 19, 2002 https://www.motortrend.com/reviews/163-0212-2002-chevrolet-s-10-blazer/
Terrible 2002 quality photos with some missing, but shows an intercooler routing option. It looks like the supercharger housing is clocked so that the outlet is under the A/C lines. This is probably only possible with a straight outlet housing instead of the kit's curved outlet. Who knows what else was relocated.

Found a better photo of the setup above from https://azautomasters.com/schargers.htm. It looks like the compressor is clocked with the outlet pointing straight down.

Also found this nicely detailed setup for inspiration.

Not a Vortech and not 96+, but I'm intrigued at how this charge pipe can be routed in front of the motor with electric fans.
