I AM BACK LIKE I FORGOT SOMETHING!!! Back to fixing my s-10 and driving it.


I have a 350 in my dime i want to do a track time run just for fun before i take it out. but i wanna make sure i'm tuning it right so here a small list of what the motor has

Cam small something from comp cams
Holley electric fuel pump with regulator
stock distributer with curve kit
elderbrock hi rise intake and 650 carb
roller rockers
exhuats is stock low performnce mani with stock down pipe no cat magnaflow ultra muffler
so what would i run timing at and can i use a vacume gauge to adjust air fuel mixture???
I have a nitrous kit 75 shot with plate but not sure on how to run it? would it do me much good? if i hooked it up?

i will be taking it out for the 400sbc full exhuast, rear end, stall converter, and more

Its trial and error for the most part on timing, every engine likes something different.

Air/Fuel needs a wideband, and amount of fuel is changed with jet changes, not the magic screwdriver, you have to take it apart......

Nitrous will work wonders, hook it up like the instructions say to.

Start with a stock tune for whatever year 350 you have and go from there.
