I have a 2003 S10 LS with the 4.3 6 cyl engine. When I accelerate I experience some hesitation and the tachometer jumps all over the place for about 5-10 seconds. I have been told that this may be caused by some sort of synchronizer in the transmission. Anybody experience this same issue and appreciate any guidance on correcting the problem. Thanks
