yes, all i could find was 4.3 pattern

 

On a 98+, the intake doesn't matter because it only makes contact on the metal inserts in the plastic. I've never sequenced the exhaust manifold in any particular way either, never had any problems.

I think the general rule is start from the inside and work your way out.

Yeah it probably doesn’t matter much as long as it goes on evenly.
