Alright I got 8 3/8 SMC valves and the back left fill is messed up somehow. I have the valves in a manafold setup for now but when I try and lift the back left up it leting air come out through the dump. The dump valves came with air mufflers but they sound gay so I took them off and they are pointing up but are right under the back of my bed. Could trash had gotten in the dump valve and is causeing it to stay open. I can't figure it out and its making me mad!!! Please help cause I have to drive this thing Monday.

If you can open the dump and the fill at the same time( you have to wire them odd) at about 120 PSI it will blow them clean!! I would try that first

Yea thats what I think happened cause I got on the ground and hit the fill switch and put my hand on the soleniod black part and I can sorta fill the dump open too. Gonna trace the wires tommorrow cause its too dark now. When I first wired it all it would do it every once in a while but now it seems it is stuck on doing it all the time. The wires are ran on the driverside though so they are away from the exhaust. Thanks though.

The wire for my valves is speaker wire so the fill and dump wires are basically run right beside each other so thats going to make kinda hard to find the problem. I am trying to test the valves to see if they are both getting power when I hit the fill switch. So far still no luck and still doing the same thing.

WTF is wrong with speaker wire.

Copper wire is copper wire. It all conducts the same. Speaker wire is easier because its easy to run 1 2-conductor wire to each corner, rather than 8 1-conductor wires. Also, it makes it easier to tell what wire is fill, and what wire is dump.

NCHEVYHEVN....what happens when you hit the switch to dump that particular valve? Nothing? Only Dump Valve works? Both fill and dump valve work?
