Here is mine

It was really simple, plus it looks nice. Cost me around 45$ and it is loud! the amp is mounted under the "floor box" and it doesn't get hot or anything because the one side isn't even inclosed. also it holds a 10" sub.

Also mine isn't mounted, the wieght of the box and the calamps behind the jack holder keep it in place. If you wanted to move it or put it behind the seat....no problem just grab it and move it. I have the quick connects in the back of the box. Also I like this style I made because if you have tinted windows you can't even see the speaker system or the amp.

 

looks good, i might do somthing similar, only not the false floor,
i might just build somthing to fit up on the ledge i need to have enough room to leave the wing seat open and the path to it as clear as possible

oops didnt read ur post carefully the first time... yeah i ditched my wing seat the day i bought the truck... but you could do a similiar design with only a single box and it would be much smaller considering its not a 15"... my seat is very limited on how far it can go back

 

ya m prety sure a box like that isnt going to help my access to the rear seat
