Need some guidance on taking intake off. Should I disconnect the fuel rail from the line, or will intake angle itself out. Do I have to pull throttle body from intake too. I'm in the middle of removing cylinder head.

Do you have air conditioning? If you do, the easiest way is to take the injectors and rail out all at once. You shouldn't have to crack the fuel system.
If you don't, you won't have to do anything, just move the intake out of the way.
Yes, pull the throttle body from the intake. It'll make things a little easier with it out of the way. Personally I just leave the intake attached to the head when I'm pulling the cylinder head. Remove the intake from the cylinder head after the cylinder head is off the engine. Be sure you replace those head bolts too, they can't be reused.
You don't need to pull the intake out of the engine bay or anything. You just loosen it up and pull the head with it in place still. Air conditioning makes it more interesting, but still can be done.
