at least 500lb springs, if thats the max you can get. many prefer to be in the 750 range though

500 is too light for our trucks, but its the most you can get with some coilovers.
 
For the cost of the springs i would purchase both to see what your specific combination wants.......

well this project is temporarily on hold guys thanx for the input i was gonna go with 500's and try it from there right now i think i blew the rear i got a bad vibration coming from the right side if i launch the truck gotta pull the cover and see whats going if its cheap fix im gonna do the coilovers after the holidays
 
its possible they got to a full stack and it still didnt go negative. what are the camber numbers youre left with?

they didnt give me a sheet with any info the guy that was doing the alignment came out and said there wasnt enough shims on the planet to set it i was told today by a friend that i shouldve gotten said sheet
the other thing that bothers me is i could see them not being able to do it if it was a 5/7 drop but its only a 3/3 so its not that extreme i have a set of tubular uppers to put on it
 
Doesn't someone sell offset cross shafts? Or would those not help?
Yes they do and that's exactly what they are for. Shorter arms would also work, like the "right side" speedway arms which are a half inch shorter.

You should have got a sheet. That's not an alignment shop I would return to. This wouldn't happen on a 5/7 drop, I doesn't work like you think. Which uppers are you using?

stock ones but i do have a set of speedway uppers for it just havent gotten around to installing them as i needed the truck to go back and forth to work these are the arms i have
