yeah, they'll fit with 2" spacers, I have the same wheels on mine. you may even want to use a 2.25" spacer, I think they'd still clear if they were 1/4" further out. they will rub on the swaybar/frame at full lock (if they have 245/50's with 2" spacer) but nothing serious. also if the wheel weights are on the inside lip of the rim the tierod will pop them off the first time you cut the wheel hard. the tierod didn't rub the wheels on mine though, just took the weights off. you can balance them with sticky weights if you need to.
