Tire side wall

Is anyone running a 225/45R18 or a 225/40R18? If so can you take a couple pictures so I can see how high the side wall is? I don't want to damage my wheels on these Amish destroyed Lancaster county roads by not having enough tire. The wheels I have ordered are 18"x7".

its not really the thickness that matters actually its the strength of the tirewall. if u get aname brand tire u wont have no problems.. between 40 and 45 theres not a big difference really. i used a tire calculator to show u the difference

the tires are actually adifference of 2.22cm in height!
