how to check oil on the damn thing?
Thats what my dipstick isDroptopolis said:bend a piece of coat hanger to fit past it all.
no, thats not the crank case. theres a lil pocket that, ture has oil in it. but not the crank case where it matterssamandjen1 said:remove the top intake (where the small filter is) use a flashlight and look down into the compressor.
When I look down into mine I can see the lower part into the crank case, I can see where the oil lever is at. Its next to impossiable to check the oil on a EDC with a 2.2 with a dipstick.bagged-regal said:no, thats not the crank case. theres a lil pocket that, ture has oil in it. but not the crank case where it matters
Then it will cause the oil to run down the air line into the tank and trap and if you still have the stock DOT plastic line it will melt.Droptopolis said:just put some oil in anyway....till its overflowing. then u know its full.
Not only can it cause that, but if you get too much oil in the EDC then you can blow out the seals. Too much oil can be just as bad as too little!!samandjen1 said:Then it will cause the oil to run down the air line into the tank and trap and if you still have the stock DOT plastic line it will melt.
