aint the truck black now? you could always do all white since white is cheap, and its one of the main colors on your rendering. then when u get your job back u can do the 2-tone without pulling everything apart again. just an idea

Ok, so the reasoning behind wanting to paint the truck black... I want to go with a theme, the blue and white kind of leaves me knowhere to go with a theme... I have always kind of been fascinated with horror themes ( no I am not satanic ). Hence wanting to paint the truck black, with a black interior, throw in some red, and some skulls. But, I dont know yet, we'll see.

 

The red/black and skulls is played out imo. Ive seen atleast severl truck at every show with that design. I like the idea of the blue and white. Maybe make the silver more of a gunmetal/ graphite color so your carpet, seatbelts, headliner, and other interior peices all match. then just add some nice clean accent pieces. just my .02

 

OK all, small update. Blazer will be getting dropped off by my father at barely legal next tuesday. After that, I dont see it being more than a couple weeks before I get it in my garage. I have decided NOT to go with the RIDEPro setup. I will however be purchasing the big red valves as I had good experience with them previously. Probably go with two 8 gallon tanks, each getting their own air zenith pump. (unless i decide to fork out the cash for EDC, not quite sure yet). Tentative plans call for some digital gauges to oversee PSI on all four corners. More audio is being purchased over time, TRU technology amplifiers, and some killer front stage speakers, we'll see. good choice on the ride pro setup, its nice but kind of pain in the ass also. i see them in alot of older rides usually tho

 

no the job will still be gone as of december 21st, but i have a large chunk of changed saved up right now. Should be alright. It will probably only be a couple month layoff...

guess what? the body is at barely legal, its only a matter of time now until I get to bring it home and start the really fun stuff. Decided I am going to do the entire interior with a layer of deadener, not sure on the brand yet, cascade, raam, and Second skin are the choices...
