Removing Headliner HELP

Hey everyone hows it going
well im getting my interiror done and I need to take out EVERYTHING...dash, etc and bring it to the guy

anyway

how do I remove my headliner? I have taken out the plastic panels on either side that hold the seatbelts etc. now what do I do? someone told me pulling on the headliner will only screw it up so I dont know what to do

please let me know

well i just dove right in.....basicaly take out all the hardware you can see. the visor clips have one screw then just rip em out(plastic clip on back). take out the side panels that the seatbelts are attached to, a pillars, handel, dome light, visors....then the back end just fell out and the front had a little bit of glue...be careful not to break the corners and work it out easy....took me about 20 min to 1/2 hour......by the way the seat belts use a t50 torx bit and youll prob need a pipe or breaker bar to crack them....now for the tweed!

all you have to do is take out the visors and visor clips, the handle and the light and just "taco" the headliner from the center, don't worry it wont ruin the headliner. I do it everyday in cars, trucks and suvs
