What air management do you have. Compressors, valves, bags, what psi is your tank at when you air up. Just things we need to know here.

Does each corner have it's own fill and dump valve? If you have one valve to fill both bags it's going to be slow. What size valves too?

Could be a dirty valve, too small of valves. 5 gallons at 200psi should lift your front quickly. Do you have a pic of the valveblock?

You sure your cups are tall enough? Maybe the bags aren't compressed all the way so they fill and then start lifting.

I had this problem with a truck I got it was do to the small tank, the airengine, and the small bags... think about it you have to fill the line and the bag evey time you drop and raise the truck... what i found on my setup was there was not enough volume in the tank to fill half inch line run from the back to the front and the bag... I had to run over 150 psi to get my front to even move an inch...

On working on my first build right now. And I've got 1/2 everything. Now I do need to get a high psi but nothing crazy. No compressor yet but I usually get the tank to atleast 100 psi before I even try to fill the front.

Ya missed the pics. Maybe it's just me. But the top lines on the manifold look like 1/4 inch line. That could be the problem

Dude are you sure. Cause the line that's coming out of the tank looks like 1/2 inch. But it's your truck

Do you have a guage on your tank pressure? It could be possible that the pressure switch is faulty and not letting your comp pump up enough pressure.. Which might explain why your back lifts up quick, using pressure from the tank..then having to wait for it to pump back up more before lifting the front..

Just something to check.

Bags are small.. Get some bigger bags. It will lift with lower pressures.

looks like the culprit here.

I know plenty of people with your exact truck bagged on a 5 gallon with only 175 psi that lock the front suspension out with one hit.

Need bigger bags with more volume. High volume, lower pressures..... More load carrying capacity.
