What is the flat plate for and the notch from who? I'm almost ready to place my order. Just have to figure out about rims. Tomorrow she gets on the lift and I get to see the nightmare. Thanks guys about all the info. As soon as she gets the drop fixed I can start planing the metal work.

Which ones work for 5/6 or 5/7 drop? I can I run plumbing to have the filling in my bed or any where but the fender wells. And I brand or part number would be great. Lol

air shocks will work with a 7 inch drop.monroe and gabriel are the only brands of air shocks ive seen made.i run monroes on my truck.those can be picked up at any auto parts store

you can dehump the LCA's. Are you talking about removing the bracket on the rear part of the frame?

Set back plates move the axle back approx 1/2" to give the drive shaft room to move.

I'm not sure on the notch, but I'd say yes.

Yes on the notch and the set backs also drop it another 3/8"

Ok guys here it is . 4 3/4 blocks. Everything should go correct? Any way to tell if these are drop spindles .check out the missing but nut in rear shock

Looks like the previous owner welded two blocks together...sketchy.

They are welded . Missing welds in spots as well.

yes those are the set back plates you need.just a fyi they are really easy to make.oh and since no one said it.you have stock spindles.
