:werd: If you don't buy the kit, then you will have to find somewhere to buy just the ubolts. With the blocks, the stock ubolts are too short, so longer ones are needed and they are included with the block kits.
You'll spend more too if you try to buy the blocks and then the bolts. You can usually pick up blocks and bolts for $20 to $30 dollars.

Is the best way to get blocks for back and coils for front? I'm new at this stuff, i've been running off-roaders for years.

all depend son what youa re looking for, if you are looking for a cheap way to go 3/4 then yes get coils and blocks, but you will also need drop shocks for the front. If you want a better ride and better handling then go with 2" spindles and the front and 3" leaf springs in the rear....then if you are looking to go lower than 2/3 make up the difference using coils and blocks. Just remember if you use drop coils or drop leafs you will need drop shocks, but with spindles or blocks you don't.

I probably will. My truck's stock, and i checked the rear shocks. They need replacing.

you might need new shocks because your's are blown, but you don't need drop shocks when using blocks. In other words, instead of spending $80 on drop shocks you can get some OEM replacements for around $30 or so.

you'll be fine hauling that much with just blocks.....i moved all my furnature in my truck when it was 4/5 (thats with leafs and blocks) and even that was ok. it didnt bottom me out (offen), then then again, 4/5 isnt really THAT low, if you know what im gettin at.

but if your worried about the rear sagging to much with a load in it, air shocks are your friend, or even an airoverleaf kit
