i run a $6 plastic overflow bottle from autozone

and to relocate my batt I used 2 AWG power wire from lowe's, cost a shitload of $ but can defenitely handle all the amps of my 1 wire chrome hi amp alternator and compressors and starter

 

that would work...and shit those canisters at a local shop are being sold (or atleast on the shelf with a price tag) $80..

 

i was looking at the ones at autozone and i just dont like the way they look. i sorta like the tall and thin i can sorta hide it next to the rad on the core support i hope. but i got a good audio hook up thats why i was thinking about using a 0 gauge wire. im just sort of wanting to over do things. my next stereo should be 3900 total watts just not wanting to hurt nething

 

ive heard of guys using the welders wire like 1/0 gauges go to a welding shop and u can order it by the foot. somewhere on this forum i read that a while back cause ill be doing the same thing for my v8 swap..whenever i get to it.

 

ya i read the welding wire one on a thread i couldnt find again. theres a few welding shops here im trying to get a hook up at the one i get my drag blocks from. but they say they dont have much for wire.

looks like around 75 bucks for wire. ima price my 0 gauge tomarrow at my buddys shop. so looks like i should have all the parts i need figured out. thanks guys

and the only disadvantage of welding wire is that it is more stiff. stinger wire for example is made to be more flexible which is better for snaking around a car. i have streetwire & stinger wire 1/0 (commonly called 0 gauge as well, but technically it is 1/0gauge. same shit, different names)

 

Thats why you buy the UltraFlex Orange. That stuff bends like a rubber band.

 

im sponcered more or less by memphis so the wire would prolly be memphis wire but i think i can get it for the same price as the 0 gauge welding wire. and thats def the over flow im using. ordering it tomarrow same time i get the valve for my brakes. all thats left after that is the wheels

lol ya as you can see i didnt have one before for a lil while and it spilled got my truck hella dirty but now it great no leaks or nothing.
