ha, yea i guess, the notch that i have in the blazer right now to lay is just below 6" i believe, or it is 6", but its just enough to lay. another thing though is that with the air over leaf the upper bag bracket attaches to the frame, so if you do a notch, you will have to do a bigger block or the bag will end up colapsing on itself and will be holding you up from going any lower since it is right between the frame and the leaf spring

do you eventually want to get a 4 link or are you planning on just doing air over leaf? since you have a extreme and i don't have the extreme body kit, this will give you a little bit better idea of what it could look like,http://home.mindspring.com/~aharmsen/ this guys is running a air over leaf with what i can see, looks like a notch, not sure though, actually he has to have one, and i can see two blocks stacked on each other. also casanoma there is no kit out that will work for a 2nd gen blazer. so the 6 link wont work.

 

i got the fronts first just to see how i like air ride overall before i start really putting money into it. id probably startt off with air over leaf and eventually when i pay off my ride id have more money to do stuff. i think id be happ with air over leaf depending on ride quality!

 

a lot of people say the ride sucks with it, but i didn't think it was that bad at all, the only thing that got to me was around 30mph when i got vibrations that other people didn't, it was most likely my blocks that i had to. but with a notch and a good size block, you will get low. i got a loan out for my blazer, yea, i was gonna pay it all back right away, i just sold my M3, ha, all the money i was gonna use to pay it off, went into stereo and suspension, i would pay it off right now, but all the money is going for my honeymoon cruise in the carribbean, oh well, gives me better credit.
