Aight this guy was parting out a truck in the classifieds sections and I paid for a OEM steering wheel and airbag on a Friday and he said he would ship it on Monday. Byt the following Wednesday I still ahdn't heard from him so I PM'ed him for the tracking numbers. He Pm'ed me back two days later on Friday and said a bunch of shit had came up an he hadn't got the Money out of his PayPal account, and he would get them shipped out first thing Monday. Again Monday rolled around and I still didnt hear from him, so I contacted PayPal and filled a complaint. Its been two weeks and he still wont respond to my PM's and PayPal ruled in my favor, but theres no money in his account, so I just got ripped.

even though there is no money in his paypal account. paypal will freeze his account. it will be frozen until someone else puts money in it. when that is done the money he owes you will be withdrawn from his account and sent to yours. so there is still a chance you can get your money back

Yeah, but since the account is frozen he probably wont use it anymore.
