I don’t think so. Only because the female side that would normally be the cluster isn’t a standard connector housing. I’ve used post-88 radio harnesses and adaptors and just pigtailed a digital dash connector for the extra length. It’s a lot of crimping but its a nice small connector. The housings are everywhere in junkyards and the pins are readily available from mouser and elsewhere.
Those pins for the analog dash I think are the same as the pre-88 radio connector, and I don’t think they’re made anymore so it’s a dead end.
