Has any one ever attempted to make or had some custom "Long Tube Headers" made. I'm not a big fan of shorty headers because you cant get the torque outta them like you can long tube headers. In the future im planning to attempt to make a set, but i think they will be a bit tedious myself.

ive seen a set of long tube 4.3 s-10 headers on ebay before, dont remember what brand they were. but im pretty sure it wasnt a custom made set.
Im asking for a mig welder for christmas and im planning on getting the kit from headers by ed. If i ever get good enough with the welder im going to try my damnest to make a set with at least 36 inch long equal length primaries. Thats going to be my future project. Im not the one with the s10, its my brothers so im just trying to hook him up with a bad s10. I really thing some true equal length long tube headers would make these 4.3's run like a scoulded ape.
here are some semi-long tubes for the older 4.3`s. perhaps they could be modified to work on later trucks? weld on extra O2 sensor bung?
