Code 43
When I drive on the highway, usually during accelerating up to 100 km/h. The "Service Engine Soon"
light comes on. I checked the codes and it gave me a code 43.
From my Hayes Manual:

Electronic Spark Control
The ESC retard signal has been on for too long or the system has (ESC) unit failed a function check.
The "Knock" or Detoation sensor is brand new so I'm assuming it not that. I went to the scrap yard and pulled one ot and tried that but I still get that code. Any ideas?
Also when I hold my gas pedal steady somewhere around 1500 - 2000 rpm the engine kinda surges.:wtf:
