okay. so this problem with my truck is starting to aggravate me greatly.
95 s10 4x4 ls code z engine.
my truck does this thing where it loves to misfire and eventually just get to the point of stalling. once it stalls it takorever and ever to get restarted. even with ether. ill go into more detail...
it runs like a top when it runs, smooth good power, no misses, no cels etc. but when im driving, most noticably between 1-2300 rpm ocassionally my truck starts to buck as if its misfiring badly, and progressivly gets worse in a hurry. it bucks and shakes, i floor it to get revs back up and it sputters and most of the time will pick up after a couple seconds, rev high and then it will repeat in a mile or so. alot of the timeit gets bad enough where it will stall as i said.
now, no cels. no problem w fuel pump-good pressure. mechanic looked at it and couldnt find anything, but gave it back it ran like a charm for a week, but its back at it.
what on earth could this be? maybe a coil pack going bad? what should i check or look for? any q's ask me ill gladly fill in the spots.
thanks in advance, bryan
