I have a 96 s10 4x4 with a 4.3 vortech. Have turn signals, running lights, and third eye always works. With the key off I have all brake lights. When I cut the ignition on, I only have 3rd eye working but everything else works in the rear. Has anybody else ever had this problem?

should be in the undergood fusel pannel upper right side, look at the digram under the lid, and look for VECHMSL,
