the computer needs to be reprogramed or it will go nuts not seeing a trans. the wiring is most likely diferent too

I want to change my 01 noma to a 5 speed and im wondering what would i need other than the bell housing, clutch assy. master ,and slave cylinders and line
do i have to change the gauge cluster for the 5 speed being i have digital gear indicator? And if i swap the gauge cluster do i need any sensors for the tranny? thanks

Pedal assembly from stick shift s10. trans harness, liek mentioned pcm reprogram. I have everything to put a t56 in my truck, lt1 trans, flywheel, clutch assembly, harness, pedal assembly, clutch master, manual trans driveshaft from similar s10, and cross member.

 

how about the fire wall where the clutch slave goes how do you keep it there do you just make a hole. becouse i know you twist the slave and it comes out of the fire wall really easy.

 

Remember camaro bellhousings cock the tranny over to the side. The shifter will be off. Just look for a 5 speed truck.
