Would it be a bad idea to put a Supercharger on my 98 S10? I have 101,000 miles on it.
Nope. But, your transmission will probably take more of a beating than anything.. that'll probably be the thing to watch out for.jimmything08 said:Would it be a bad idea to put a Supercharger on my 98 S10? I have 101,000 miles on it.
by the time you do all that to a 4.3, you could have already installed a bone stock vortec 350 that would walk off and leave the modded v6... for about the same money. and no, no frame mods needed. the fuel economy loss would be minimal. about 2 mpg, max.jimmything08 said:I think Im just going to try to build up my 4.3....... Other things come first but Im going to do it right... Complete teardown and rebuild with painted parts, New ignition system, New JBA headers, Supercharger, Cam and roller rockers...; IM not going for any speed records but I want to be able to get up and go a bit
