what size tires are those?

what size tires do you have to cut for the tie rod?
I dunno what size tires those are, but I will have to notch my frame for the tierods with running a 245/40/18

i would....thats a hefty notch in the frame right where it takes a lot of stress from the front end going up and down and also from teh weight of the engine, without welding in a notch ill wanna bow into itself and fold inward....thats also why a pipe is such a good choice, half circles disperse weight better and have higher load limits....i think? LOL

I have the Cool Ride ART Kit with Tubular Uppers and Lowers with 2inch drop spindles. I have a 18" wheels with 40 series rubber. (Not Installed Yet)

Can you guys tell me if I will have to notch the frame up front and also what will (in your opinion) need to be done to lay the front frame out on a regular cab 2000 S10?

I'm new to air ride so I could use some info. thanks

NickZigaitis- your gonna need to notch up front for the tie rods. To lay your gonna have you mod your LCA's. There are humps on each side, you need to cut those out and plate underneath them. Your prolly gonna need to cut your cuts down a lil bit. then after all that your prolly gonna have to take out your inner fenders and relocate a bunch of stuff. you can weld or bolt in new fenders or run without them, your choice...

search around, theres some threads on relocating and making it lay out...

heres one that i looked at..
