Back in september i orded the s10forum kit, originally came with (2) 1/2", and (2) 3/8" smc valves, i paid the extra $40 to get all 1/2" valves, well i opened the kit last month and saw i had only got what it originally came with, (2) 1/2"s and (2) 3/8"s. Well i just called Jason and he is the nicest guy, he's sendin me a free bolt in notch for the mess up! I advise anyone who wants anything for your truck get it from Jason, he will definetly hook you up! Thanks Jason!

I"m not gonna be picky about details, cause what he did was more than enough and I bought my stuff to from him and will continue, but........the S10forum kit was meant for just baggin the front right? Why would he send you a rear-component? Maybe he thought you had plans on doin your rear too. IDK I just woulda picked something else, but hey free is always a good thing lol

So he's the best shop ever because he messed up your order, than fixed it and gave you something else for compensation? I'd rather have a shop get my order right the first time... :dunno:

crap happens, aside from his problem with getting through on the phone (which is now solved i believe) he has great customer service, provides us with some of the best prices on stuff we need, he sponsors the baggin it part of this forum, runs specials for just us members, and donates things (ive seen him give away a brand new viair 450 for someone answering a question right) come on, hes the man and your one stop hookup for parts.

all shops are gonna make mistakes, but only a few shops (including jasons) will fix the problem correctly, and hook you up.DROPTSDIME said:

no doubt, he has the best shop and customer service. he has hooked me numerious times and on the rare occasion he does mess up, he fixes the problem and leaves you with good terms. he recently sent me a 2500 bag when i ordered a 2600. i called him up and he sent a 2600 free of charge and let me keep the 2500. now thats good service!

I never said ppl never make mistakes. But he seems to do it alot and sends out alot of free parts in reparations. I'd rather deal with the 2 people I currently deal with who hook me up just as well, sometimes better, than Jason, and haven't messed up my orders. Besides, they can hook me up with everything Jason sells and then some, and they actually answer their phones!tha_rusty_1 said:

just b/c some ppl have had problems, doesnt mean they're out to get jason... jason has ****ed upo more then once... period.. some of us deal with customers that goto school, live out of state or are in the military and its kinda hard to fix a ****ed up order when the guy who ordered it is in school till 3 ish pm and then tries calling the 2 hours he has to call and cant get through.. altho that order is done and fixed.. its the fact it took a month to get it straight from the ordered date.
not everyone has had happy dealings with J.. that is life.. people on this board need to get of fhis nuts or he's gonna be sagging to the ground as much as ppl on here worship him.. he's good yes, he builds good shit, yes.. his CS can be good, yes.. but some of us have had bad run ins.. deal with it andif you cant stand someone not having a good dealings iwth him and posting it.. then get the **** over it.

yup yup..jason is the man for sure...he hooks everyone up....couldnt ask for a better company..shoot sometimes when i order there all the hooks up he gives us..i wanna pay him a litle extra so he can have...just for bein so awsome to all of us..
