that looks like a wanna be carbon fiber brake lights.
I have a red xtreme, so I have no reason to change mine.
I've looked at several different types of brake lights and none appeal to me.

Well for the red.. I couldn't really find a good one until I came across these..

I like them, and get mad compliments all the time on them. Some people said I shoulda went clear, or just left the stock ones on. (Stock, you say?) I just don't think the clear looks good on the reds. I'm not gonna paint my tonneau or my mirrors.. I just like the whole red/black scheme I got going on. All about personal preference. Yeah, some might like it, but ultimately, it's if you like them or not. You're the one driving it every-day, ya know?

ajsherm3, I have the same exact pair on my truck but I have no red reflector on the side. They were the first issue of the tail light. I've gotten compliments on them, I think they are one of the better looking tail lights out there. Pics are in my sig. X-2000, The ones you picked are pretty nice too, almost like mine. A little expensive though IMO.
thanks for the comments...i like them and think they will look really good on my truck....sometimes i wish you could take your truck "clothes shopping" and test fit everything on it before you buy the product....2LW2TW...nice truck....i dont wanna pay 121 dollars for those i was just using it as a picture i will hopefully find them somewhere else for cheaper.......i also kinda like the 3D Retro look

Only thing I don't like about those is all those little red refelectors on them, those two cover the brake light too. The 3d retro ones are cool too, but get the ones with the big brake light made by apc not the ones with the little brake light, cause I had them and took them off and smashed them in one day. :rant:X-2000 said:

Thanks for the compliment, I try to keep it clean. I think I have seen the tails you want on Ebay cheaper than the 121 but there arent many on there because they are not found everywhere yet I guess. If I find a link I will post it for you. I'm not a big fan of the retro tails though, some kid around here has them on his red S-10 and they look weird in a bad way...I wouldnt buy those. I just bought another set of the tails I have on Ebay last week because at one time I couldnt find them for 6 or 7 months anywhere. Just in case I get hit or something. shave em and throw in leds or caddies.. altezza's are gettin soo played out that they even come stock on chevy's equinox....
Caddys are definitely a great exterior dress up, but the extensive time of body work and such makes it impractical for me right now. And if you were to go Caddy's.. there's enough trucks here with them let alone Altezza's.. that when I do come to doing some rear-end dress up.. I'm going with the roll-pan light option.
