Rear Window Regulator (4 door)

Straight to the point. Are the rear window regulators for the electric windows the same as the front regulators? I ask because they use the exact same motor, and mine are binding.

I want all 4 of my windows to work properly, but I cant find any information, or rear replacements, for the rear regulators.

Clean them up well, may have to rob wheels/gears off a good front. Usually it is dirt, old white lithium grease and time that kills them.
