Hi Folks,
I have a 1999 Chevy ZR2....stock 4.3...no other enhancements.

I can't find my owners manual.....

If I attach a tow bar to the frame, what is the limit on towing?

I'm interested in towing a car hauler (not a car dolly) and the car weighs about 1,500 lbs (mini cooper).

I'll be traveling about 12 hours.

Will my S-10 ZR2 do this safely ?

Anyone know what the limits are stated in the owners manual ?

Thanks in advance,
Tom

I got a brochure here that shows for the new S10s, if that is any help... for ZR2s... Manual is 4200 and Auto is 4700 for max trailer weight.
