My brakes on my 00 s-10 started to squeal so I decided to do a brake job. I would guess the pads have around 20k or more on them. The truck has 90k and the rotors have NEVER been turned.
Check out the attached photo. The picture doesnt do much justice.

The rotor and pads on the left came off of the passenger side. The pads are thick and look nearly unused. Check out the pits all over the rotor! What caused this? Obviously it's from the pad, but how? why?

The rotor on the right is from the drivers side. One pad is almost completely gone. There is a huge and deep shiny groove in the rotor.

It's like my right side was locked up and the left did all the work?

That what I was thinking too... matter of factI picked up a caliper, two rotors, new pads, and bearings... Now I gotta figure out how to bleed my brakes.. should be simple enough tho.
