Another thing, on your a/c, you can replace the whole thing at one time, even with the freon charge still in place. Joedoh did it on his projects.
A/C is completely deleted and I had to make a new box where the evaporator used to go that is only to make the heat work. I would have to add in a whole new aftermarket system. I am not that concerned about it, ill just take the hit, but I appreciate the input.

the T5 is doable
even the older speedo geared ones can be converted(requires tailshaft removal)
if going to the reluctor on the mainshaft.
look in the swap book for S10s writtten by JTR(Jags that run) of a how to on this.
I did an older T5 conversion and used a geared/cable adapter to pulse per mile.
If I remember correctly it was from an 80s Old Calais
I will definitely look into that, but I am going to try changing the Pulse Per Mile like what Harley said first. Thanks
