you mean high idle??? idle down huh not sure what you mean

IAC (Idle Air Control) sensor

Remove and clean it and reinstall.

Won't Idle down

BlazerLT- Ok I will clean it out and see what happens

Rodknock- I mean when I start the truck and let it run it should
kick the Idle down on it's own but it wont.
