Fenders are the same...mostly. Non ZR2 fenders don’t have a lip built into them for the flares. So... no...they won’t work.
👍, Thanks. Trying to picture what that would look like and how that would work if I took the the fender flares of the bed too.You can put the on and run them w/o anything rubbing. You just won't have any flares or any way to attach the ZR2 ones.
Mud already goes up my doors from the back of the fenders, where it normally does on trucks. Deciding whether to stop being a cheap bas*@&$, and just spend the money on 2 new fenders rather than picking up straight ones from the salvage yard; which for 2 might cost 60 bucks. The bedsides have lips on them for the flares also... without the flares any mud or dirt from the road will spray up on the sides of the vehicle.
👍 Thanks for the info., NOS only has 1 fender for the 95- 99 years, nothing for later years than that and does not specify zr2.The new ones won't be OEM quality, unless you find NOS GM ones.
Awesome, but there is a website that comes up if you Google NOS GM. Any suppliers that you know of that would deal with bigger quantities of these parts? Thanks.NOS = New Old Stock.
