Close. Only 3" larger diameter.
If it's 4wd with Z85 rear suspension or a ZR2 they might fit w/o rubbing.
If it's 2wd your going to need to jack it up at least 2 ". Which will end up costing more than finding the correct tires. It will throw your speedo off over 10% and your ABS will quit working.
You're essentially trying to put full size truck tires on a compact truck. My K1500 has the 245/16's as original equipment.
