I am redoing the wiring to the amp. The guy I bought the truck from has 8 gauge running a JL audio 500/5 amp no good Im going to run 4 gauge. Which kit should I buy. Brand Price???:guitar: :drunk: :dunce:

stinger is real nice wire, but it also costs a bit more. Streetwires,rockford fosgate, knu concepts...all decent stuff.

4 gauge is good but dude go with the 0 gauge...a company called "audiopipe" makes it the kit is great the price is usually arround $100 bucks but well worth it....it includes 0 gauge hot wire, 0 gauge ground, remote wire, rca's, a huge fuse, and a distribution block.....quality shit!

He doesnt need 0 guage with that set-up he mentioned, so why shell out the extra bucks for shit he dont need.

Not only that 0 gauge is a huge pain in the ass to run

i always go with a 4 guage kit from walmart.....never had any problems with them i have used them on about 5 of my installs. the best thing about the kit is that is is only about $30 and it has absolutely everything you need for an install.
