where is club located and can anyone join?

hey i live in northern california, well bay area, its a little town called livermore, i was reading some of your guy's posts and you guys said you meet up in san jose, thats only like a 30 min drive for me, i was wondering if you have to do anything to join your club, and also if you have any special requirments, i have a 1985 4x4 s10, im rebuilding the motor right now but other than that its all stock, for right now, i didnt know if you guys have an age requirement (im 18). also does my truck have to be all tricked out and stuff to join the club, please respond.
