What's the largest you can run on your 7 inch wheels or the largest that will fit? You after width or height?
You do realize any tire that is taller will throw your speedo off and effectively lower your rear drive ratio numerically. In other words slower acceleration, but a higher theoretical top speed.

I'd go with a 255/60R15. Keeps your 27" height and is 10.4" wide.

That's going a bit over what's recommended. It'll effect your speedo by 4%. Not going to break things.

You may be pushing it with those. A quick check at Tire Rack shows the 275/60 is about 3/4" wider and about 1" larger dimeter than the 255/60, based on same type tire & manufacturer. And, the 275/60 tire may also encounter some sidewall bulge on the stock wheels, which might also affect (front end) handling.
