there used to be thread on this site that showed you step by step on how to remove them but I can't seem to find it anymore.
bumpstops are located on your frame in your rear end. They are a metal bracket with a rubber cusion on it that basically stops your rear axle/diff from hitting your bed from underneath. They are located right above your leaf springs. Not a good description but you can go look on your truck and you'll see what they look like.
