A regular cab/regular bed late model S10 with a stock LQ9 (6.0L) and a Blazer front brake/knuckle upgrade, what problems if any do you anticipate will arise trying to tow a 6'x10' enclosed trailer with 750lbs. of stuff loaded into it?

Stock 4L60E with a stand-alone transmission cooler, and a stock 7.625" 4:11 open diff rear end.

None, that is well within the towing capacity of these trucks. And with your upgrades, it will just be that much easier.

I tow a 6x10 with about 500 lbs inside with my 2.2L truck with the 4L60e trans. The most I have towed with this truck is a Sonoma Extended cab on one of those u-haul dollies.

Well, that's good to know. Thanks.

He's spot on, you're good to go. It's definitely much better than 2.2/4.3 in terms of getting it moving and braking.

I recommend doing transmission service sooner than usual and stay on top of it.

I switched to Synthetic/Dex6 fluid, it was much better than Dex3 fluid.

As well as flush and fill the rear axle

None at all..
My old 88 Blazer had an L31/4L60 combo that towed a 8'x5' detail trailer that supported 110 gallons of water, generator, pressure washer and all associated supplies.
The biggest thing to me is to have a LARGE TRANS COOLER on there and great brakes.

find yourself some slide on trailering mirrors- that extra three inches out makes seeing BEHIND the trailer to that wart on your *** easier.

Thanks for the confirmation.

In addition, I'm planning to do all the PM you suggested. (y)

Yup.

I never though about this as the mirrors already seem BAF. I'll look into it. Thanks.

Maybe a trailer camera system fed to a touchscreen head unit.

One things that's pissing me off, and it has me back and forth on the fence, my truck is severely lowered, and I'm not exactly sure which method was used (front mostly). I'm not sure how this will be effected by tongue weight at the rear since it's already sitting so low. I'm thinking of ordering ZQ8 springs for all fours, and revamping the whole suspension.

This spring will tell which direction I proceed in.

I don't see a "severely" lowered truck in that picture. I do see headlights that aren't installed correctly though, lol.

3/4 drop is severely lowered in my book. The top of the rear wheel arch sits lower than the top of the rear tire. Addiing load to the rear will only force it further down. In short, it's low. We're talking about the regular cab here.
