took my intake off and came across this cracked old tub coming off the PCV, followed it behind the brake booster and found this.. can’t find where it should connect to. can anyone help me out?

For the cruise control. One should go to the vacuum reservoir in the driver side fender

Judging by the abs, I'd say one got to the can in the fender, another goes inside to the HVAC (probably the one with the hard plastic line) and the last one to the vacuum source on the manifold. I'm pretty sure the cruise doesn't use vacuum anymore.

The cruise control actuator is in the second pic to the right of the brake booster and it is an all electric one.

All the lines appear to be trashed and the one you're holding with the end rotted off goes to the vacuum reservoir in the fender between the ABS pump and the cruise control. It's hidden back in there. The plastic line is for your HVAC and shouldn't be cut off that short. It connects to a plastic line going into the wiring harness that goes thru the firewall. You might have to unwind the tape to see where it broke.
