I have a 91 GMC Sonoma with the 2.8L and 5 Speed Manual Trans... What fluid do I fill the manual trans fluid with? ATF or 80 Weight?

Please help me quick...The truck is on the hoist waiting for fluid...

Yup, it turned out to be ATF... I finally decided just to pull the plug and see for myself as I had both ATF and 80 weight just laying around...
