Weird turn signal problem

I have a 2003 chevy s10 2wd base 4.3 and i noticed in alot of videos and crap that i see i notice that like the front 2 turn signals switching turns the rear also has dual switching turn signals.. but mine doesnt? The front two flash switching with eachother yes but in the rear my brake light flashes but that little other light doesn't?.. it just stays on all the time until i turn my lights off.. any ideas on how to fix or is my truck not worthy of it in the first place

hmmm..I was aware of the alternate flashings on the fronts, but never paid any attn to the rears..just went n checked the rears on '00 S10-they dont alternate flash, marker lites on OR off..I assume that's normal/factory, n the various vids u watched, probably some sort of hackery occur'd to get the rears to alternate as well.

The 194 bulbs in the tail lights do not flash.
