I’ve owned this 94 SS for a while with its original 4.3 and 48k on dash and I am ready to add wheels and tires and also drop it but, I am not sure where use lowering spindles or lowering springs. I am trying to avoid hard ride. Everything still stock as of now. I just need some help to decide the which it’s the best ride

'96+ Zq8 springs fron and rear, and 2" drop spindles works well.

I would find a ZQ8 take out suspension and use that.

mount up your new wheels and tires, then get our your trusty measuring tape and measure how much of a drop you want. From there, you can either pick up ZQ8 parts, of buy an entire kit. I purchased my 4/6 drop kit from Oreilles auto parts. On sale, and using a military discount, knocked off nearly $150 from the total price.
