hey guys,
can anybody tell me where the two cables from the reverse light switch in the tranny go to? I bought and restored a truck from my wifes aunt and it was just plain missing the switch altogether. I got a new one but have no clue where to connect them so that my reverse lights work...
2001 gmc Sonoma 4x4 and my dash is being aggravating. I've owned it over 5 years. Truck won't actually run right now but i think i need to figure out the dash first. The only instruments that appear to work are the are the volt meter and and while cranking it over the oil pressure gauge goes up...
so my truck is still not running..... i finally broke down and took it to a shop where a guy told me that the anti theft system is shutting down my injectors.. but not all the time because it eventually starts...... its a 99 s-10..... it starts on occasion but most of the time it fires up idles...
My brother's (10 year old?) AutoXRay EZScan 6000 is able to record individual cylinder misfires on my 2000 4.3l 4WD pickup, despite the fact that from what I've read, coverage for individual cylinder misfires were not supported by GM until the 2008 model. This feature was particularly helpful...
Okay so last night I fixed an exhaust leak on the s10 and now it is running rough, the idle seems to be a little jacked up and when you try to drive it is seems to die. I have recently fixed the timing issue or so I thought and had put a band-aid on the exhaust leak which odviously didn't work...
