I hope you're not lowered very much if at all, I would think 2" spacers will definitely make those wheels eat the fender.

Here's my clearance with 8" wide wheels with 4.5" backspace:

I'm still at stock height for now. After talking to seller some more I found out the rim-to-rim wheel width is actually 9.5" which changes the measurements slightly. The wheels are on their way to me and will do some more measuring and trial fitting to determine the optimum spacer/adapter thickness. I'm thinking it's gonna end up being a 1.25" or 1.50" thick spacer/adapter. This will require enlarging the hub bore of the wheel from 66.9mm to 70.3mm (3.4mm = 9/64"). I'll post the results here for anyone interested. Thanks for replying and posting your clearance which looks perfect for your wheelwell. May I ask how you lowered your truck and how many inches?

I think it's around 5.5-6" altogether in front. 2" drop spindles + ZQ8 springs (1.5") + tall lower ball joints (.5") + shorter tires (1.4") + removed spring insulators (not sure).

I'm looking at some 17x8 rims that came off a 95 s10 that was dropped 2/3 with spindles, they have 245/50/17 tires on them. Guy selling them says his left front tire would slightly rub frame when turned sharp to left. He is going to get back to me tomorrow about back spacing but thinks they are 4". My truck is lowered 3/5 2" spindles 1" springs on front. My question is could i get a slightly narrower tire? Tires are pretty much beat anyways but great price on the rims. Thanks, Pat

Shouldn't, my truck is just as low in front if not slightly lower than yours. Spindles + tall lower ball joint + ZQ8 coils (1.5") with the insulators removed.

Just noticed today that my lower shock mount bracket (think that's what it's called lol) is only 1 1/2" from the inside of my rear tire. Is that normal? It has factory wheels and 205/65r 15's on it. Wasn't sure with the wider tire and deeper bs if it would clear? Sorry for all the questions just making sure I get the correct size tires. My son has a almost new set of 215/45r 17's that came off his Corolla but not sure how'd they look? Anyone running that size tire on 17x8 rim?

Ok so I've searched here on FB groups and everywhere else .....
I'm wanting to run 15x8 in the front and 15x10 in the back on a 85 2wd dropped 3/4 .
I found the fitment that will work for the back
(15x10 5.5 BS 295/50/15)
Will 8" wide wheels be too wide with a 3" drop in front ?
What backspacing and tire size ?
4.5 BS with 235/60 work without bad rubbing?
I ain't worried about slight rubbing at full lock.
